I know the different Power Armor’s in the game serve they’re own purposes, and of course there’s no definitive “best”, but I am posting this to see what you all think. Normally when I ask people, they refer me to a fextralife article which gives kind of a list:
Raider Power Armor: Earliest Level 15, weakest
Excavator Power Armor: Earliest Level 25. Completed suit increases Carry Weight by 100
T-45 Power Armor: Earliest Level 25
T-51B Power Armor: Earliest Level 30
T-60 Power Armor: Earliest Level 40
Ultracite Power Armor: Earliest Level 50, most Damage Resistance
X-01 Power Armor: Earliest Level 50, most Energy Resistance
What armor have you had the most success with/would you recommend to aim towards? I’m currently building a Power Armor Non-Explosive Heavy Weapon build, and thus far either the Ultracite/X-01 or Excavator looks like the go to picks, though for nostalgia and aesthetics the T-60 is still on my list.
