Here’s on how to disable the annoying mouse acceleration.
When the Fallout 4 reveal happened I basically decided now was the time to play New Vegas.
My biggest annoyance was the way how the mouse and camera worked. I found out this was because of the game using mouse acceleration.
I managed to find a simple fix which disables it completely.
Go to:
And open/edit Fallout_default.ini.
Then navigate yourself to the section [CONTROLS] and add these lines.
fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0
Save it and boot up New Vegas. Mouse Acceleration is disabled!
