Ocean: Eel (Rain) 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Sardine 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
River: Sunfish (sunny) 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Catfish (Rain) 9:00 AM – ?, Shad (Rain) 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM, Bream 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
Lake: Largemouth Bass 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Carp any time, Bullhead any time.
Ocean: Red Snapper (Rain) 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Tilapia 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Sunfish 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Tuna 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Pufferfish 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
River: Bream 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Shad (Rain) 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM, Sunfish (sunny) 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Lake: Largemouth Bass 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Carp any time, Bullhead any time.
Mountain Lake: Sturgeon 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Woodskip: Secret Woods, any time, can be bought from the Traveling Cart.
Ghostfish: pond in the mines, can be dropped by a ghost.
Pufferfish: listed under Summer.
Sandfish: pond in Calico Desert.
I didn’t include the Items from the Crab Pot Bundle because I think they’re fairly easy to get. I can add it if wanted.
