Achievements
Achievements are special awards you get for meeting certain conditions in the games you play.
Subnautica currently has 17 achievements, which can not be unlocked when using cheats/console commands or playing in creative mode.
Getting Your Feet Wet
Dive for the very first time.
How to obtain: The easiest Achievement to earn, one must simply exit Lifepod 5 via the bottom hatch or jump into the water.
Difficulty: Easy.
Settling in for the Long Haul
Build a habitat.
How to obtain: The player has to construct a Seabase module, which requires the Habitat Builder to build.
Difficulty: Easy.
Comments: Build a HATCH.
Extinction Event Avoided
Repair the Aurora reactor.
How to obtain: The player has to fix the breaches in the Aurora’s drive core.
Difficulty: Medium.
Comments: Inside the Drive Room are four large generators (reactors). The generators are covered in breaches, and the Player’s objective is to repair them using the Repair Tool.
Ancient Technologies
Find the Enforcement Platform.
How to obtain: The player has to reach the Mountain Island and find the Quarantine Enforcement Platform.
Difficulty: Medium.
Comments: Going into the Enforcement Platform and get the “Data terminal”.
PDA data: Alien Data Terminal.
Personal Propulsion
Build a seamoth.
How to obtain: The player has to build a Seamoth.

Find and hatch a cutefish egg.
How to obtain: The player must find one of the Cuddlefish Eggs around the world, and hatch it.

Comments: You need to take the cute/cuddlefish outside and drop it from your inventory.

Build a cyclops.
How to obtain: The player must construct a Cyclops.

Find the Disease Research Facility.
How to obtain: The player has to discover the Disease Research Facility in the Lost River.

How to obtain: The player must discover the Alien Thermal Plant inside the Lava Castle.

Find the Primary Containment Facility.
How to obtain: The player must find and enter the Primary Containment Facility in the Lava Lakes.
