Caroline Gift Guide
The easiest way of maintaining friendship with everyone is to share gifts often. Thus, this segment focuses on gifts Stardew Caroline cherishes and dislikes. Also, your gifts will be 8 times effective on her birthday which comes every 7th of Winter. So don’t miss that opportunity.
She cherishes Summer Spangle, Fish Taco, or universal items accepted by all. She admires Daffodil too. Giving her Milk, Fruits, and Eggs would turn her neutral.
She dislikes Common Mushroom, Amaranth, Leek, Chanterelle, Wild Horseradish, Mayonnaise, Duck Mayonnaise, Holly, Dandelion, Purple Mushroom, Hazelnut, Winter Root, Morel, and Snow Yam as your friendship points would drop instead. She detests Salmonberry and the Quartz; try not to give her at all.
Caroline has just one personal quest for you and that is in the form of a letter. You would receive this letter on the 19th of Fall, and this quest entails her requesting for Pumpkin with a specific amount of reward upon delivery. The rewards include the gaining of a friendship heart and 500 pieces of gold. Also, endeavor to check the “Help Wanted” board placed just outside her husband’s store as she often pastes her requests there. Each item’s reward is 3 times more with an additional 150 points of friendship.
It is crucial for you to know that your Friendship points develop into Friendship hearts and this determines your level of Stardew Valley Romance with other villagers. Gaining a certain amount of heart automatically opens new special events. You can also receive gifts from Caroline as long as your friendship level is more above zero. Also, the higher your friendship level increases, the more the chances of getting gifts.
Once you gain the 3-heart event, you would get a letter from her containing Parsnip Soup recipe. This gives you an additional 85 energy points with extra 38 health points.
Nevertheless, the 6 heart event takes place at the Store with mother (Caroline) and daughter (Abigail) fight over Abigail mode of dressing.
Also, the 7-heart event comes with a letter containing another soup recipe (Vegetable Stew). This gives you an additional 165 energy points with extra 74 health points.
